Shipping and Return Policy


Orders are shipped out within 24-72 hours of receiving cleared payment.

Most items are shipped via standard or priority shipping. Approximately 3-5 business days.

Some items may have longer shipping and handling time due to importing or item location. Shipping duration will be noted in the product listing for these particular items.

Taxes will be implied on all orders shipped to New York, New Jersey, California, Ohio, Texas, Alabama, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Arizona and Nevada.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Returns accepted within 30 days from shipment date for New Unopened or Refurbished unopened items. You may be charged a restocking fee. (Shipping and Handling Charges are Not Refundable)

Most Returned items will be given a credit or exchange.

Returns accepted within 15 days from shipment date for defective items.

Please contact us for a RMA number for returns. Any return without a RMA number will be refused.

Refunds or Exchanges are processed within 24-72 hours upon receipt of item to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for bank clearance.

All items must be returned in the condition it was received with original packaging and all parts and accessories in order to receive full refund. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee.

If the item is physically damaged or abused your return will not be accepted and return shipping will be your responsibility. (Exception: If items arrives physically damaged it must be reported within 7 days of delivery or the return request may be refused).

Warranties are voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Or due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.

There will be no refunds for claims of not receiving an item if the shipping status says item was delivered. It is your responsibility to have a secure place to receive packages. If you need special delivery options such as “signature required” please provide us with that information in the “order notes” during checkout.
